- Account Manager / Commercial Market (Alpharetta GA)
ZCorum is seeking an experienced sales person to increase penetration of commercial broadband products into our existing channel of Internet Service Providers (Affiliates). The position will involve signing up Affiliates to offer new commercial services by promoting the benefits and revenue opportunities available, as well as helping our Affiliates sell commercial services into their local market, including joint sales teleconferences and direct selling into Affiliate commercial accounts. This is primarily an inside sales position with limited travel expected.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling on ZCorum Affiliates to promote ZCorum’s line of commercial products and services
- Getting necessary agreements distributed and signed
- Working with Affiliates and ZCorum staff to facilitate the product launch process
- Providing sales assistance and making joint sales calls with Affiliates as needed
- Telesales directly into Affiliate commercial accounts when approved

Inside Sales Account Manager (Alpharetta, GA)
Job Description:
ZCorum is seeking a dynamic, consultative sales professional to manage the sales cycle for strategic accounts, from prospecting to closing new business. The target market is tier-two and tier-three broadband service providers such as independent telephone companies, cable companies, municipalities and wireless Internet service providers. The product suite includes wholesale Internet access services, such as private-label email and end-user technical support, network engineering, broadband diagnostics software and Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. This is primarily an inside sales position with limited travel.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and leading all aspects of the “sales cycle” including: prospecting, cold calling, following up on leads, setting appointments, creating needs assessments, ROI analysis, providing and presenting prospects with proposals and contracts, reading buying signals, handling objections, and closing the sale.
- Leading web-based presentations and information sessions via GoToMeeting for prospects regarding services and technologies delivered by ZCorum and its strategic partners.
- Tracking sales activity with daily and weekly call reports, sales forecasts, prospect analyses, and territory analyses.
