Care Center using our exclusive CCS application. This web-based application
stores each customer's support history and gives call center personnel
additional data to reference when answering questions and resolving
problems. ZCorum Affiliates also have access to CCS and can review
call history details. In addition, CCS records and archives most phone
calls, providing opportunities for coaching and call review.
