ZCorum has developed powerful Web-based customer management tools that assist you with the important day-to-day responsibilities of marketing, account management, customer relations, and reporting. Our Affiliate Management software allows you to automatically provision Internet services for your customers so that accounts are ready for use within minutes. You can query, modify, or delete customer accounts, and even put accounts on hold in cases of non-payment or system abuse. At any time, you can run up-to-date reports to ascertain the number and types of accounts, customer Internet usage (amount of time and data transfer), and all transactions that took place in a specified time period.

With Affiliate Management, you can also create product-specific welcome email messages that are automatically sent to each new customer. In addition, you can broadcast e-mail messages at any time to all of your customers, or even a defined portion of your customer base. Broadcast emails can be used to market new products, send service announcements, or just keep in touch.


Customer Care System
With CCS, ZCorum's customer care and ticketing application, you can keep tabs on your customer's calls into the technical support center. At any time you can view a support ticket, which displays the nature of the issue, a record of the conversation, and the resolution if the ticket has already been closed. You even have the ability to open a ticket, which will alert our support organization to call a customer on your behalf.
