Network Monitoring ZCorum
can monitor your network and report on various conditions as they
occur. For example, while a server may be physically reachable via
a ping, the services running on that equipment may not be operating
properly. Services such as Web, FTP, POP, SMTP or DHCP may not be
available, even though the server is on-line. ZCorum can monitor the
individual services running on your servers, and will send an alert
if any are not performing at optimal levels.
In
addition, our monitoring system can alert you about situations where
equipment is down too briefly to trigger an alarm, but with sufficient
frequency that a current or future problem may be indicated. Monitoring
this type of activity can help troubleshoot an existing problem,
and even help predict and avoid a pending failure. |
