So, What Does Tech Support Really Do?

The picture below has been circulating the Internet lately, and when I initially saw it, I thought it was hilarious because some parts of it are in fact true. Raise your hand if your mom thinks that you’re Einstein because you are able to network her computers together and allow her wireless printer, that she has no clue how to work, to function? My hand is raised.

Any person that works in a technology sector is held at a somewhat high esteem because we are the “smart” people right? Everyone thinks (or at least those that I come in contact with) that we can fix ANYTHING that goes wrong with a computer, we know EVERYTHING about computers and technology, and we should be able to answer ANY question about computers and technology. At ZCorum, our technical support professionals may not be able to fix everything, but they sure can fix a lot of things. We pride ourselves in bringing our Affiliates a quality, reliable service.   Our reputation speaks for itself.

Made in the USA

There’s nothing like a “Made in the USA” stamp of approval especially when many companies are outsourcing their technical support to foreign countries. There will be no “Peggys” here, and rest assured that if there are, they’ll be right there to provide a great “tell your friends about it” customer service experience.

We Are Always Available

When ZCorum says that tech support is always available, that’s exactly what we mean. We have technical support professionals that are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year in the rain and snow, at 4am, on the weekends, and even on Christmas. Just because we’re here at Christmas doesn’t mean that we don’t know how to put up a Christmas tree and celebrate! And, when we are here, we pick up the phone and get problems solved.

We Keep Up with the Trends

ZCorum’s technical support professionals are seasoned veterans when it comes to keeping up with technology trends and being able to provide support to our Affiliates’ customers. Just think back to terms like 14.4K and dial-up? Ring a bell? It’s 2012, and ZCorum’s technical support professionals are still tackling the challenges of broadband and Internet services head-on. There’s no turning back now.

We Create Raving Fans

I like to call our technical support professionals, “rockstars” because afterall, we create raving fans from the customers that we service. With customer satisfaction surveys statistics showing that overall, we exceed 95% in being “helpful and knowledgeable” and 99% in being “friendly and courteous,” ZCorum’s technical support team is definitely rocking out.

So Where Does Google Fit In?

I wouldn’t be telling the truth if I said ZCorum’s technical support professionals didn’t use Google. Google is used every day for things such as finding ideas on how to make scrumptious fruit cakes like this, finding the best deal on costumes like these, and even searching for charitable organizations to provide these items for those in need. Did I mention that we’re great at creating scary desks too?
