Inside Sales Representative-Account Manager-Spanish Speaker (Alpharetta, GA)
ZCorum is seeking a dynamic, consultative sales professional to sell broadband solutions to Internet Service Providers throughout LATAM including telephone companies, cable companies, and independent service providers. This is primarily an inside sales position with limited travel. We provide comprehensive one-on-one training and daily support to ensure your success. We offer a great work/life balance in our very stable and dynamic company with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
- Coordinating and leading all aspects of the “sales cycle” including: prospecting, cold calling, following up on leads, setting appointments, creating needs assessments, ROI analysis, providing and presenting prospects with proposals and contracts, reading buying signals, handling objections, and closing the sale.
- Account management assisting with technical tickets, billing and contracts.
- Facilitate with the team web-based presentations and information sessions, via GoToMeeting for prospects regarding ZCorum’s products and services.
- Tracking sales activity with daily and weekly call reports, sales forecasts and prospect analyses.
- Working cooperatively with other departments throughout the sales process, including Sales Engineering, Network Engineering and Senior Management.
- Being creative, determined and flexible in driving demand and moving prospects through the pipeline.
- Building strong business relationships based upon trust and providing value to the customer.
- Being continuously engaged in learning about new developments and trends in the Broadband industry.
- Performing efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced technological environment.
The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
- Have a proven career within high tech start-up companies working as a Sales Executive within the Service Provider or Enterprise marketplace.
- Prefer 2+ years experience and success in building, developing and prospecting in a business to business market, including lead generation, cold calling, moving the prospect through the consultative sales process and closing business.
- The desirable candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Application and Network Infrastructure and will be familiar with all aspects of the network as well as developing technology trends. There is a very strong preference for application layer experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience of value-based selling and experience of working with ROI and TCO based proposals for customers.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing a CRM software tool, such as SugarCRM.
- Proficiency in PC software applications for word processing, spreadsheets and presentation development.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
The Inside Sales Representative-Account Manager-Spanish Speaker compensation package includes a base salary with uncapped commission. All employees are offered a full benefits package, matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
