Josh Chong was born and grew up right here in Atlanta, Georgia and he stuck to that theme by going down the road a few miles to attend the University of West Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing.
But after graduation Josh took a well-deserved gap year to think about his future plans, and trekked off to Breckenridge, Colorado with a buddy. There he found work at a ski resort and went snowboarding every day. It was a tough job but somebody had to do it.
After a year of such hardship Josh decided it was time to return to what he had been trained for, the world of business. He made his way back home to Georgia and honed his business and marketing skills at one of the largest Honda dealerships in metro Atlanta. Earning accolades while there, Josh received a Top Salesperson award and acquired the Top Customer Satisfaction Index Score. Quite a pair of feathers in anyone’s cap!
Following on this success Josh was ready for a new challenge and answered ZCorum’s call to join the team. Hitting the ground running he is already making great impressions with the prospects he engages with. Josh always looks at adversities as valuable teaching moments and armed with determination and a never give up attitude, Josh’s strong work ethic carries over into teaching others to overcome setbacks. “I emphasize to prospects that business pain is a temporary condition and I’m committed to finding solutions for them.”
When not devoted to his ZCorum mission he is devoted to his beautiful wife and two adorable young sons. He’s active in his church and his local community but manages to sneak in a game of golf now and then. He admits his one guilty pleasure is binge watching his favorite TV shows. We share his guilt!
When its vacation time they load up and head to Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida for the sun and sand and playing Super Dad he sometimes dons the Mickey ears and heads to Disney World. But he will be hitting the snowy slopes of his youth again soon when the family takes their big trip to Vail, Colorado. He’s excitedly planning to teach the boys some skiing and to show them their old man still has the moves on the snowboard. Don’t break anything Josh!
