Modems with DOCSIS 1.x, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 are supported.
Upstream Analyzer will work with a Cisco CMTS with a DOCSIS 2.0 card or better with software version 12.2(8)BC and later, and the Arris C4 and C4C with software version 8.0 and higher.  Upstream Analyzer also now supports all E6000 (ver 1 and ver 2 cards) provided it is running v3.00 or higher of their software
UTSC stands for Upstream Triggered Spectrum Capture, which is a CableLabs standard that provides the ability to view spectrum from OFDMA channels and from Remote PHY devices. Your CMTS must have the following minimum firmware version for UTSC support:

  • CommScope ARRIS E6000 – v11 or higher
  • Cisco CBR-8 – 16.10 or higher
  • Casa – 8.6.3.2 or higher
  • Harmonic CableOS – any
