bluesky communications press releaseAlpharetta, GA (September 04, 2014) – ZCorum, a leading provider of managed broadband services and diagnostics, announced that they have signed Bluesky Communications to receive TruVizion, a monitoring and diagnostic tool, and will be providing provisioning for the company’s customer premises equipment. Bluesky, headquartered in American Samoa, offers cable modem and DSL service to its customers.

Bluesky is currently using diagnostic software compatible with DOCSIS networks only, but offers broadband service over DSL in addition to cable modem service. TruVizion will give them a single tool to monitor both sides of their network. ZCorum’s application is compatible with DOCSIS and DSL, as well as Fiber networks, so providers are able to view key performance metrics on multiple broadband networks from within a single, web-based application.
