ZCorum is looking for entry level Technical Support Representatives. This position affords a great opportunity to learn technical and customer service skills and provides an excellent opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Comprehensive training is included.

Responsibilities include:

Helping internet customers over the phone with their internet connection
Educating customers on the use of internet services, web browsers, email applications, etc.
Accurately entering information in our ticketing system related to support calls taken

The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule.
The ability to speak clearly over the phone.
A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Basic typing skills.
The ability to quickly learn new concepts.

Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
