Kansas provider has signed on to use ZCorum’s TruVizion diagnostics and monitoring tool for tracking network issues in their DOCSIS network.
Alpharetta, GA (March 10, 2022) — ZCorum, an industry leader for diagnostics tools and managed services for broadband operators, is now providing diagnostics and monitoring tools to Southern Kansas Telephone Company. The Clearwater, Kansas provider now has access to TruVizion, ZCorum’s award-winning advanced diagnostics and cross-platform monitoring application. The web-based tool provides an in-depth look into DOCSIS network metrics and data for troubleshooting broadband customer issues and network outages.
Southern Kansas Telephone Company, founded in 1940, provides high-speed Internet and phone services with touchpoints that span across seven counties in south central and southeast Kansas and are expanding their gigabit broadband reach to families and businesses in its service area. After completing a successful trial of TruVizion, the rural Kansas provider selected TruVizion for continued improvements in their network visibility and connectivity.
