ZCorum among select group of businesses recognized for entering new international markets.
Alpharetta, GA (January 17, 2022) — ZCorum, an industry leader in the deployment of managed diagnostics tools and software for broadband providers, was the recipient of their seventh GLOBE Award for the company’s continued global expansion. The GLOBE Award is presented by the International Trade Division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD). The award recognizes Georgia companies for achieving entry into one or more new international markets during the previous calendar year.
“It’s always a pleasure to celebrate the resilience and work of our Georgia companies,” said Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp. “The number of Georgia companies that transformed obstacles into opportunities again last year is truly incredible, and we will continue to help provide support to these hardworking Georgians through our award-winning international trade team at the Georgia Department of Economic Development.”
The GLOBE Award winners represent nearly every corner of the state and are predominately small firms. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s awards will be delivered to the winners rather than the in-person reception and award ceremony of past years.
ZCorum President and CEO Julie Compann added, “We are delighted with this recognition of our contribution to Georgia’s continuing international trade growth. ZCorum recognizes the opportunity inherent in connecting to the large broadband operator customer base that exists outside the borders of the United States. This award affirms our commitment to provide trusted tools and practical guidance to help broadband operators in international markets better manage their operations. “
