Rick has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and management. Hired in 1995 to establish the sales department for a fledgling Internet Service Provider that later became ZCorum, he is now a key member of the executive team, overseeing the company’s marketing efforts. Vice President, Business Development & Sales
Arthur has more than 30 years of experience in sales and consulting for technical services and has been with ZCorum since 1998. In addition to blogging on the industry, he also tweets as@arthurskinner.
Scott Helms
Vice President, Technology
Scott has been with ZCorum for more than a dozen years and currently leads the engineering and development teams in their efforts to manage ZCorum’s Affiliate networks and develop software applications. Sheenika Wilson
Manager, Support Services
Sheenika leads ZCorum’s tech support team in learning about new devices and applications. She prepares training for our call centers and assists ZCorum Affiliates in implementing and supporting new Internet services. She also tweets as @sheenikawilson.
Neal Grillot
Vice President, Operations
Neal has been with ZCorum for over ten years, and manages the operations and account management teams. Neal also leads the new business development team in identifying and evaluating new products and services.
Peter Olivia
Director of Systems Engineering
Peter has over 15 years experience in Information Technology specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure, Back Office Systems, Networking, Communications, IT Security and Project Management. At ZCorum he is responsible for the architecture and engineering of ZCorum’s networks and directing the activities of the Data Center and IT operations teams.
Jessica Holbrook
Director of Marketing
Jessica Holbrook is responsible for Internet Marketing and Graphic Design at ZCorum, and also consults with ZCorum’s customers on their Marketing and design needs. Jessica was previously co-owner and Marketing Director for a successful sign fabrication company, and later acted as a consultant to small and mid-sized businesses, assisting them with branding and social media, as well as creating and tracking traditional and Internet marketing campaigns. Jason Young
Vice President, Customer Care Services
Jason has been with ZCorum for over 14 years. He oversees operations at ZCorum’s call centers and is responsible for ensuring a quality customer service experience for broadband customers.
Melissa Amerson
Service Manager
Melissa has been with ZCorum for over 15 years. She started in technical support assisting end-users, and a year later was promoted into an Account Management position where she began supporting ZCorum’s Affiliated service providers. For the past 9 years Melissa has led the Account Management team and is responsible for overseeing the day to day relationships with our Affiliates, as well as managing new Affiliate implementations.
Monica Woods
Manager, Customer Care
Monica has been with ZCorum since 2004. In addition to managing ZCorum’s VoIP support efforts, she supervises staff responsible for chat and email support, as well as those handling abuse complaints on behalf of our service provider customers. Monica graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Fonya Frazier
Manager, End User Support Services
Fonya Frazier is Manager of End User Support Services, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations in one ZCorum’s call centers. She has been with the company for over 11 years, beginning as a first level support technician progressing through the organization into supervisory and management roles.
Jamichael Dawson
Jamichael has been with ZCorum going on five years. He is responsible for end-user support of commercial VoIP accounts and first-level engineering assistance for ZCorum’s service provider customers.
Holly Bird
Holly has been with ZCorum since 2005. She is responsible for end-user support of commercial VoIP accounts as well as first-level engineering assistance for ZCorum’s service provider customers.
Marsha Hemmerich
Marsha is a recent addition to ZCorum’s Marketing team. Marsha brings many years of experience as a Marketing Specialist in the broadband industry and is passionate about customer service.
Victoria Lovas
Victoria is a recent graduate and addition to the ZCorum team. She graduated from Georgia College and State University’s J. Whitney Bunting College of Business in May 2012 with her BBA in Marketing. She is excited to start her career working with such talented and friendly people at ZCorum.
Kristen Early
Kristen is a recent addition to ZCorum’s Marketing team. She is a recent college graduate gaining some experience here at ZCorum. Along with Marketing she also assists with Human Resources and Accounting as needed.
Kristen Braswell
