Vice President, Marketing Rick has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and management. Hired in 1995 to establish the sales department for a fledgling Internet Service Provider that later became ZCorum, he is now a key member of the executive team, overseeing the company’s marketing efforts. Vice President, Business Development & Sales Arthur has more than 30 years of experience in sales and consulting for technical services and has been with ZCorum since 1998. In addition to blogging on the industry, he also tweets as@arthurskinner.
Manager, Support Services Sheenika leads ZCorum’s tech support team in learning about new devices and applications. She prepares training for our call centers and assists ZCorum Affiliates in implementing and supporting new Internet services. She also tweets as @sheenikawilson.
Vice President, Operations Neal has been with ZCorum for over ten years, and manages the operations and account management teams. Neal also leads the new business development team in identifying and evaluating new products and services.
Director of Systems Engineering Peter has over 15 years experience in Information Technology specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure, Back Office Systems, Networking, Communications, IT Security and Project Management. At ZCorum he is responsible for the architecture and engineering of ZCorum’s networks and directing the activities of the Data Center and IT operations teams.
Vice President, Customer Care Services Jason has been with ZCorum for over 14 years. He oversees operations at ZCorum’s call centers and is responsible for ensuring a quality customer service experience for broadband customers.
Service Manager Melissa has been with ZCorum for over 15 years. She started in technical support assisting end-users, and a year later was promoted into an Account Management position where she began supporting ZCorum’s Affiliated service providers. For the past 9 years Melissa has led the Account Management team and is responsible for overseeing the day to day relationships with our Affiliates, as well as managing new Affiliate implementations.
Manager, Customer Care Monica has been with ZCorum since 2004. In addition to managing ZCorum’s VoIP support efforts, she supervises staff responsible for chat and email support, as well as those handling abuse complaints on behalf of our service provider customers. Monica graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Manager, End User Support Services Fonya Hughes is Manager of End User Support Services, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations in one ZCorum’s call centers. She has been with the company for over 11 years, beginning as a first level support technician progressing through the organization into supervisory and management roles.
Marsha joined the ZCorum team as a Marketing Specialist and brings many years of experience in the broadband industry. Trained in technical writing and marketing strategy, Marsha lends her expertise to ZCorum’s marketing collateral, company blog and email campaigns. She is also the administrator for ZCorum’s CRM program.
